Fanus, 45, of 6140 Chambers Hill Road, Swatara Township, died Wednesday, December 28, 2005 in SCCI at Polyclinic Hospital.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nHe was a graduate of Central Dauphin High School, Class of 1978 and a member of St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, Past President and Financial Secretary of the Chambers Hill Lions Club, and he was an avid Ham radio operator and Penn State Fan.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nHe is survived by his parents, Anthony B. and Dorothy J. Lina Fanus; a brother, William L. Fanus of White Sulphur Springs, WV; a sister, Karen S. Hollis of Harrisburg; two nephews, Justin and Brenton Hollis; and his lovable dog, Ruffie. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert A. Fanus.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nMass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 2, 2006 at 12:30 p.m., in St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, with Rev. Msgr. Hugh A. Overbaugh, his pastor, as celebrant. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.
