December 1954 – April 20, 2024

Terry L. Phillips, KA3AAA, of Middletown quietly passed in April. He was a CPRA vice-president from 2004 to 2021 and repeater trustee from 2010 to 2022. Terry was born in December 1954 and retired from the PA Department of Labor & Industry as a project inspector. A neighbor called for a welfare check after not seeing any activity for a couple of days. There were no immediate survivors. A memorial service was held by the local fire department where Terry was also a volunteer.
